Ingredients
- 3/4 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- 1/2 large banana (frozen)
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds optional
- 1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional, for taste
- 3-5 ice cubes optional, if using fresh fruit
Directions
- Pour pomegranate juice and yogurt into the blender.
- Add the spinach, banana,blueberries, Chia seeds (if using), and honey or maple syrup if desired. Add ice cubes if you want a colder, thicker smoothie.
- Blend on low speed to combine,then switch to high speed and blend for 30-45 seconds or until smooth.
